Movement Challenge (Move Republic)

Corporate movement challenges work best when they have a clear goal, a fixed duration, and a social anchor. The Move Republic platform delivers exactly that – without companies having to build their own infrastructure or develop an app.

What a 4- to 8-week challenge triggers There's a psychological difference between 'We offer sports programs' and 'We're running 5,000 km together this October.' The latter creates a collective goal you can position yourself against. First-time participants start cautiously – and discover they can do more than they thought. Studies on corporate challenge programs show participation rates that are three to four times higher for well-communicated challenges than for classic course offerings.

Why the FREE tier is a genuine entry point No budget, no risk: the free tier lets you launch a complete team challenge – with ranking, progress display, and daily impulses. Anyone who has good experiences with it can later expand to commercial features. The lowest-threshold path to a functioning movement culture in the company.
