Recipe of the Month: Healthy Eating from the Team

Bringing nutrition into BGM in a participatory way: Recipe of the Month is a low-cost, recurring building block that keeps the nutrition action area alive on an ongoing basis.

Why tips from colleagues land better A nutrition flyer ends up in the trash; a colleague's favorite recipe gets tried. Recommendations from your own circle carry a credibility no official campaign can match. Sharing a dish means quietly taking on a bit of responsibility for the topic – consumers become participants.

High impact for minimal effort The mechanics are as simple as it gets: each month, a different person shares an easy, healthy recipe on the intranet. It costs the editorial team almost nothing, yet it generates regular interaction. Over time, a curated collection emerges that is a valuable internal resource in its own right.

How to keep the series alive The most common mistake is wanting to write everything yourself. The strength lies in participation: rotating authors, perhaps with a short introduction of the person behind the recipe, keep the series personal and fresh. A fixed monthly publication date provides reliability – and turns Recipe of the Month into a small source of anticipation.

How to put it in place

  1. 1
  3. 3
Feste Regel definieren: 1 Rezept pro Woche, immer am gleichen Wochentag (z.B. Montag als Wochenstart)
  4. 4
Format schlank halten: Foto, Zutaten, 3-5 Schritte – kein Ernährungs-Vortrag, keine Kalorien-Tabellen
  5. 5
  12. 12
Kurz nachfragen: Wird gelesen? Wird nachgekocht? Eine 1-Klick-Umfrage reicht
  13. 13
Reichweite prüfen: Intranet-Aufrufe oder E-Mail-Öffnungsrate ansehen
  14. 14
Entscheiden: Weiterführen, Rhythmus anpassen oder Rezepte gemeinsam kuratieren
