Stress Management

Stress is subjective – and that's the problem. Anyone under constant pressure gets used to it, until their resources are suddenly depleted. A short, anonymous self-test creates an external perspective on one's own load – no doctor's appointment, no obligation to talk about it.

What a stress test reveals in five minutes The self-test doesn't ask about diagnoses, but about everyday experiences: How often in the last two weeks have you felt like you were losing control? How often do you sleep poorly because of thoughts about work? When did you last truly switch off? The answers produce a picture that surprises many users – and that forms the first basis for a conscious decision to change something.

Why anonymity isn't optional A stress test that isn't truly anonymous – or where employees fear results might be shared – doesn't measure stress, but fear of the result. Anonymity is therefore not a nice extra but a basic requirement for valid results and genuine use. Showing follow-up offerings after the test – a course, EAP, coaching – creates a direct path from self-awareness to support.

How to put it in place

  1. 1
  8. 8
Identifizierte Stressoren aktiv angehen – z.B. Meeting-Dichte reduzieren oder Erreichbarkeitsregeln klären
  9. 9
